Just one more week is due for submitting the Spec Go Green International Awards 2018 – the annual Green Architecture Award for students and young architects. Are you ready to submit your project? We have some notes for you when submitting.

You have to complete the following informations on your submissions:

1. For young architects

– A building project should be submitted and presented in one drawing only (A0 size, portrait format) with a full design content, the name of the project/building, site location, year of design/construction and a short description of no more than 500 words in English or Vietnamese language (excluding legends and notes). The project must be anonymous. Instead, a self-selected code will be given by the author(s) and placed to the top-right corner of the drawing. (Personal information will not be printed).

– Additional information should be separately given (not printed in the drawing to be submitted): Full name(s) of author(s), portrait(s) (4 cm x 6 cm) will be provided with the name of the company/institute/organisation, name of country with contact details (telephone/mobile phone number, e-mail address and postal address).

– A scan of personal ID card (both sides) or the first page of passport with a personal photo.

2. For students of architecture

– Additional information should be separately given (not printed in the drawing to be submitted): Full name(s) of author(s), class(es), study course(s), address(es) of university/universities, name of supervisor, name of country of participant(s), with portrait(s) (4 cm x 6 cm) and contact details (telephone/mobile phone number, e-mail address and postal address).

– A scan of personal ID card (both sides) the first page of passport with a personal photo.

Bài dự thi bắt buộc phải có các thông tin sau:

1. Đối với Kiến trúc sư

– Công trình dự thi thể hiện trên 01 bản A0 (theo chiều đứng), ghi đầy đủ tên công trình, địa điểm xây dựng, năm thiết kế cùng lời thuyết minh không quá 500 từ. Không ghi thông tin cá nhân lên bài dự thi.

– Thông tin kèm theo (ghi riêng, ngoài bản vẽ): Tên tác giả/ Nhóm tác giả + ảnh chân dung 4 x 6 + Ảnh chụp thực tế 1 phần công trình hoặc hợp đồng thực hiện dự án và tên đơn vị thiết kế, tên Quốc gia cùng số điện thoại, email, địa chỉ liên hệ.

– Bản scan Chứng minh thư (mặt trước & mặt sau) hoặc trang đầu Hộ chiếu có ảnh cá nhân

2. Đối với sinh viên

– Đồ án dự thi thể hiện trên 01 bản A0 (theo chiều đứng), trình bày nội dung thiết kế cùng lời thuyết minh không quá 500 từ. Trình bày khuyết danh.

– Thông tin kèm theo (ghi riêng, ngoài bản vẽ): cung cấp đầy đủ họ tên, lớp học, khóa học, địa chỉ trường học, tên giảng viên hướng dẫn và tên Quốc gia của người dự thi cùng với 01 ảnh chân dung 4×6, số điện thoại, email, địa chỉ liên lạc.

– Bản scan Chứng minh thư (mặt trước & mặt sau) hoặc trang đầu Hộ chiếu có ảnh cá nhân.

Cách thức nộp bài dự thi:
